 Production Secretary  

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Production Secretary for a studio final for an established CBBC music entertainment series. 
 

The studio final will be at Dock 10 studios in Salford on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th June and you will need to be available to travel to Manchester on Thursday 24th June.

The position will run from approximately 1st June  - Friday 2nd July - and will be a combination of remote working and days working in the Fulwell Islington office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Booking hotel and travel for contributors & presenters, crew and the production team.

  • Liaising with the main contributors ahead of filming at the studio

  • Obtaining release forms for studio guests

  • Liaising with the Dock 10 studio coordinator and the studio crew 

  • A knowledge of covid protocols for production

  • Reconciling petty cash and credit card expenses on PMI

  • Raising purchase orders on PMI

  • Working alongside the Production Coordinator to help with music clearances

Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience of working in a studio environment on an entertainment show

  • PMI experience - raising purchase orders and helping to track spend, and reconciling expenses.

  • Familiar with Google operating systems

  • Completing post-production paperwork on Silvermouse

 Production Coordinator  

 

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator for a studio final for an established CBBC music entertainment series.

The position will run from approximately 24th May - Friday 9th July - and will be a combination of remote working and days working in the Fulwell Islington office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and experience of clearing music for BBC

  • Creating and distributing a detailed call sheet for a studio show

  • Setting up a VT shoot ahead of the studio RX

  • Liaising with the Dock 10 studio coordinator and the studio crew

  • A knowledge of covid protocols for production

  • Working alongside the edit and liaising with the editorial team as well as the post-production facility, and looking after the show final deliverables to the BBC

  • Delivery of post-production paperwork to a Broadcaster on Silvermouse

  • Knowledge of implementing sustainability practices and completing paperwork for Albert submissions

 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience of working in a studio environment on an entertainment show

  • Experience of working with PMI  - raising purchase orders and helping to track spend, and reconciling expenses.

  • Familiar with Google operating systems

  • Experience of working with children and child licencing is preferable, but not essential

 Self Shooting Producer/ Director  

About the role:

We are looking for a self shooting Producer/ Director to work on actuality based documentary series with high profile sporting talent.

Contract Dates: ASAP

Location: London

Skills and experience:

  • Must be French speaking or fluent in French.

  • Experienced Documentary cinematographer - particularly in actuality based / behind the scenes formats.  

  • Proficient working with & operating FS7 camera kit

  • Comfortable using audio equipment: personal radio mics, directional mics & booms

  • Comfortable Directing small documentary crews

  • Experience filming outside of the UK and in challenging locations would be an advantage, specifically in Africa. 

  • Knowledge of and experience working in Football would be an advantage

 Production Coordinator  

About the role:

The Production Coordinator is a key member of the production team reporting to the Production Manager.

 

The role runs from 17th May to 10th September and will be based in London pending government guidelines, if this is not possible then the role will be remote. 

A successful candidate will enjoy working across a busy domestic travel show with various talent for an online broadcaster. 

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Production setting up of shoots (on location): booking crew, travel, catering, finances, kit.

  • UK Travel may be required.

  • Assist Post Production with rushes and deliverables. 

 

Skills and experience: 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Must have at least 3 Coordinator credits – ideally in travel/comedy 

  • Have experience working during Covid and arranging testing for individual shoots.

  • Needs to be familiar with broadcaster delivery paperwork and internal systems 

  • Excel and Google operating system skills needed 

  • Good eye for detail 

  • Good communication skills to ensure latest information is shared across the team

  • Post production experience including post production paperwork 

  • Interest in travel and exploring new cities preferrable 

  • Experience of working remotely

 Production Manager  

About The Role: 

The Production Manager is a key member of the production team reporting to the Line Producer and Production Executive. The role runs from the 17th May - 14th July and will be based in London pending government guidelines, if this is not possible then the role will be remote. 

A successful candidate will enjoy working across a busy domestic travel show with various talents. 

Core responsibilities: 

The Production Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the show. 

  • Manage budget and timeline throughout production with the Line Producer 

  • Be across post schedule and ensure all milestones are met and deliveries are on time

  • Communicate regularly with senior management throughout the project 

  • Be across all shoots around the UK, including travel and working to travel restrictions at the time

  • Clearance for all archive and music, working closely with edit producers 

  • Ensure the show is of first class quality and completely compliant 

Skills and experience: 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Must have at least 3 Production Manager credits – ideally in travel/comedy 

  • Accomplished in cost management and PMI 

  • Have experience working during Covid, arranging testing and writing protocols for individual shoots.

  • Familiar with Google operating systems 

  • Experience in delivering shows to online broadcasters 

  • Experience with complex travel and shooting schedules 

  • Must be comfortable working with high end talent

  • interest in travel and exploring new cities preferable

 ABOUT THE ROLE 

 Fulwell 73 are constantly seeking hardworking Production Managers to support of Heads of Production within Fulwell, to oversee the  production team and mange our wide range of clients. The production manager will be responsible for making sure that projects are run  in the most time and cost efficient manner. The job will include standard responsibilities such as managing budgets, staffing and client  management.

 Fulwell 73 are constantly seeking hardworking Production Coordinators to play a key role within a busy production team. The Production  Coordinator will be responsible for production administration including; call sheets, invoice processing, purchase orders and many other  duties. The Production Coordinator will support the Production Manager in ensuring that all preparation and logistics are in place and  successfully executed.

The Assistant Producer will work within the editorial team alongside creative Producers ensuring they produce high-  end and insightful material.
