Edit Assitant

Potential Start Date: ASAP December 2023 & ASAP February 2023


Core Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Post Production Facility with Avid workflow - receiving ingests, syncing, and notifying editors of new content in project.

  • Working with archive in different formats Syncing, grouping and creating turnovers to picture and sound from multicam shoots. 

  • Creating exports and links for internal / external viewings Creating exports for transcriptions through Trint Liaising with editors to source material in project Keeping up to date with latest shoot logs from Production and ingest logs from Post Production. 

  • Rough assemblies and clip selections when requested from Editors / editorial team. 

  • Liaising with Edit Producers to ensure that all footage has been delivered and they understand the nature of the footage Delivering EDLS for Post Production paperwork or technical checks​.

Skills and Experience:

  • ​Experience in music videos is a bonus, also documentary / reality



Archive Producer​

Potential Start Date: 18th September - 18th October (Potential to extend for an extra 4 weeks)


Core Responsibilities:

  • ​Sourcing and Licensing Archive 

  • Liaising with Producers 

  • Liaising with Edit and Editors 

  • Clearance Paperwork 

  • Liaising with Production on Clearance & Budget

Skills and Experience:

  • ​Excellent Research and Archive Skills 

  • Focus on Music

  • Attention to Detail for Clearance Logs and Documents

Runners provide support to production teams on location and on sets by performing a number of production related supportive tasks and activities, such as:


- Proactive, Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.

- Quick thinker who is able to use their initiative.

- Experience of Live TV and dealing with A-list talent would also both be positives. 

- Candidates must be highly motivated and good under pressure 

- A good knowledge of popular culture, sport and music along with an interest in social media and the ability to understand scientific information would all be great attributes.
