PERM ROLES
LINE PRODUCER
Potential Contract Dates: 14th March 2022 through to December 2022.
Location: London
Core Responsibilities:
-
Oversee the production from through pre-production, filming & through to delivery
-
Manage the production team both in UK and abroad

Manage the budget & financial reporting
-
Covid protocols for filming, including international travel
-
Work closely with the Series Producer to deliver the creative, running multiple edits in London
Skills and Experience:
-
Experience of managing several shooting teams, across worldwide locations is essential, whilst running multiple edits in London.

Experience of managing budgets on PMI
-
Experience of working on documentary series
-
Experience of delivering to international streaming platforms
-
An interest in sport is helpful, but not essential.

Spanish speaking useful but not essential
PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE (MATERNITY COVER)
Contract Dates: Monday 4th April 2022 - Monday 8th May 2023 (13 months)
Location: London
Core Responsibilities:
-
First point of contact for Line Producers, Production Managers
-
Provide day to day support and guidance including, but not limited to, operational issues and production processes
-
Oversee the scheduling, budgeting, negotiation, reporting, and production management of programmes, from conception through to final delivery, ensuring editorial specification is achieved
-
Responsible for the production approval processes, authorising the start of productions, ensuring resources and editorial aspirations are aligned
-
Lead and develop a diverse production team, identifying training and development needs
-
Understanding of, and compliance with, Fulwell’s policies, guidelines, legislative and regulatory requirements
-
Regularly meet with other Fulwell Production Executives to discuss, improve and implement internal processes
Skills and Experience:

Client facing communication skills

Excellent production management

PMI
-
OB knowledge essential
-
Live music recording experience preferred

US Union knowledge preferred
POST-PRODUCTION FINISHING ASSISTANT
Potential Start Date: ASAP (6 months)
Location: London
Core Responsibilities:
-
Create and manage and distribute client review files via our various review platforms
-
Provide QC and technical checks for conform and final deliverables
-
Perform basic media conforms and data consolidation / media management
-
Provide media management and checkin/checkout of finishing materials including VFX plates and deliveries across media and metadata files as well as physical assets.
-
Provide storage and project media management assistance across projects
-
Provide support and setup of our media sharing platforms to finishing clients and staff
-
Create and support the creation of finishing deliverables across the department.
Skills and Experience:
-
You should have some experience in post production through either suitable training or junior level experience in the industry.
-
You will know how to use Davinci Resolve to a good standard and may also have experience in Avid MC, Adobe CC, Baselight and other media related tools and platforms.
-
You will be methodical and organised in your approach to work and have an eye for detail.
-
You should be eager to learn and pickup skills and processes quickly
-
You will be graceful under pressure and keen to assist across a wide range of projects and areas within finishing.
POST PRODUCTION SUPPORT ENGINEER
Potential Start Date: ASAP
Location: London
Core Responsibilities:
-
Provide effective, expert and expedient post production technical support across the business and its sites.
-
Ensure the day to day setup and maintenance of edit suite and other technical facilities
-
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to a variety of post production hardware and software.
-
Provide induction and training for post production staff and clients
-
Coordinate and deliver technical resources to ensure project operational requirements are met.
-
Conduct systems administration for technical services such as storage provision, remote review platforms, user account management, software licensing and backup platforms.
-
Actively engage with the post departments users and teams to enable timely issue reporting and experience feedback.
-
Provide efficient escalation of issues and equipment failures in a timely manner internally and with 3rd party vendors.
-
Provide inventory services for equipment and licensing
Skills and Experience:
-
Experience in a post production engineering or support role with a well rounded knowledge of media systems and workflows.
-
Proven skills in client handling and management in a high pressure environment.
-
Experience working within a support ticketing system managed environment
-
Experience in edit suite maintenance and setup including A/V cabling and hardware such as Blackmagic Decklink and Kona.
-
Expert in Avid Media Composer and supporting software support and use. Experience in Avid Enterprise and Distributed rendering useful.
-
Knowledge and experience of storage systems such as; Avid NEXUS and Edit Share.
-
Knowledge and experience of Avid EPM and Avid PAM systems along with Avid Cloud UX.
-
Highly organised and methodical
-
Confidence in Mac platforms but also experience in windows and linux. Including system software building and installation.
-
Experience in the applications; Davinci Resolve, Adobe CC and Baselight are of benefit and experience in Protools is also of value.

Experience with MDM platforms of benefit
-
Experience in remote working technologies such as Amulet, Terradici and Streambox are of great value
-
Experience with remote video review platforms setup and user management
JUNIOR POST PRODUCTION SUPPORT ENGINEER

Core Responsibilities:

Knowledge of networking and terminology similar to a CompTIA Network+ or similar standard
-
Experience with scripting in the likes of python, bash or other languages is useful
-
Experience with Mac OSX / Windows and Linux is important
-
Experience in API integration is of benefit
