Fulwell73, announces the arrival of Jeff Grosvenor as Head of US Scripted Development.

In the newly created post, Grosvenor will be tasked with building on Fulwell’s existing scripted slate and will report into Fulwell partners Ben Winston and Leo Pearlman. He joins Fulwell effective immediately.

Grosvenor’s hire comes as Fulwell has ramped up its scripted output in the US with Happy Together picked up to series by CBS, which will be executive produced by Winston and its pilot production commitment for The Wrong Mans, a half-hour single-camera action comedy based on the 2013 British series created by and starring James Corden & Matthew Baynton.

Grosvenor joins Fulwell from Warner Bros. Television where he served as Vice President of Comedy Development. During his time at Warner Bros. Television, Grosvenor focused on developing live-action and animated content for broadcast, cable and premium streaming sites. He recently shepherded the comedy series Trial & Error (NBC) and Powerless (NBC).

Prior to joining the studio ranks, he ran Rashida Jones and Will McCormack’s company Le Train Train Productions, where he produced the comedy series A to Z (NBC) and developed Eliot Lawrence’s Claws (TNT). Before Le Train Train, Grosvenor cut his teeth at McG’s Wonderland Sound & Vision, where he helped develop the drama series Nikita (CW) and Human Target (FOX) and served as Wonderland’s executive on Chuck (NBC) and Supernatural (CW). He began his entertainment career as an assistant at Creative Artists Agency.

Speaking about his new role, Grosvenor said : “I’m grateful and humbled by the opportunity to join the Fulwell73 team. The company’s ambitions are boundless and their trendsetting taste is palpable. I look forward to developing scripted content alongside the tremendous talent that is Fulwell73 and their creative partners at CBS Television Studios.”

Added Fulwell 73’s partner Leo Pearlman: “The Fulwell team have been working hard to ramp up our scripted TV slate and Jeff’s track record in comedy and drama meant that he stood out to us as the perfect candidate for the role. Jeff’s experience in both the studio and independent sectors means he comes to us equipped with great talent relationships, a strong track record and the drive and ambition needed to move us forward in the realm of scripted television. We’re excited to have him begin his time at Fulwell with us and look forward to being able to announce some of our incredibly exciting scripted slate to the world in the coming months.”
